About Hanabi Handmade

 

In Japanese, 花火 (Hanabi) means firework. To me, hanabi is something that can bring me hope and joy, whenever and wherever it is.

In 2020, I was going through some personal issues. It was a difficult time for me, but it also gave me time to slow down, because of that, I got time to try new things, and that's when I began sewing and candle making, and I started to develop passions for them. After researching and preparing for almost 4 years, I decided to start my own small business, and opened my online shop in February 2025.

Hanabi Handmade is a small hair accessories and candle brand located in San Francisco, California. All of the scrunchies and candles are made by me, and I only use the finest materials to make my products. It has changed my life, and made my life filled with a little more sparks, just like hanabi, and I hope my creations can brighten up your days too.
